Venue
The Watersplash – St. Ouen’s Bay on the island’s west coast. It is planned to run the event using twin peaks. Other breaks, both north and south of the Watersplash, can be used if conditions are not suitable there. www.watersplashjersey.com
Location
The Watersplash is approximately 10kms from St. Helier, the capital of Jersey.
Accommodation
General Conditions:
1. All bookings should be made by 13 August. After this date the hotel is not responsible for any delayed request.
2. All prices quoted are net, except when mentioned otherwise, and include all taxes in pounds sterling.
3. All extras are not included in the quoted prices and are the sole responsibility of the team and its members and should be settled prior to departure. The hotel accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Switch and Delta Cards.
4. A deposit of £30.00 per person is required at the time of booking with the balance to be settled by 10 September, 2009.
5. Please note the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
Up to 42 days prior to arrival:Booking deposit
29- 42 days prior to arrival:50% of total charge
1 – 28 days prior to arrival:90% of total charge
no advice:100% of total charge
6. The hotel will request a credit card guarantee as a deposit for any damages and extras.
7. Accommodation cannot usually be made available prior to 2pm on your day of arrival. However, if notified in advance, the hotel shall endeavour to make guests as comfortable as possible. Rooms should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
8. Please note that smoking is prohibited in guest rooms or any public area within the hotel.

Transport
Transport will be provided to and from hotels to the contest site.
Opening and closing ceremonies
The parade will take place in St. Helier with the opening ceremony in Liberation Square. The closing ceremony is planned for the Watersplash.

It is proposed to hold these at The Pomme d’Or hotel, St. Helier and the Watersplash
